    Aavaram Flower tea consists of aavaram flowers, which is one of the familiar flowers that are common in places with tropical weather. The flowers are bright yellow in color and very attractive. The light featherlike flower carries many medicinal properties that are used in natural medicines since ancient times. The flowers are used in Ayurveda and Siddha medicines very frequently.     • Add the flower powder to boiling water
    • You can also a pinch of palm sugar or country sugar and chopped ginger

    • Strain it and cool it down
